Job Description

Support the store head in monitoring the store performance/ROI and suggest methods and provide inputs for store activities (including creating sales budget, sales activities such as old gold / scrap management and product returns) in order to achieve the store target and maintain adherence to the stores annual sales budget
•Lead business development initiatives for the store to enhance footfall and sales generated from leads
•Strategize and lead all in-store scheme promotion activities in order to increase scheme purchases
•Forecast customer walk-ins and footfall in order to predict customer purchasing opportunities for the store
•Execute end to end activities of exhibition events and logistics (venue, event planner identification, marketing collateral setup, stalls setup etc.) so that the event meets the exhibition sales target for store
