Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Store Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum inventory levels
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety practices in the store
  • Maintain inventory registers / ERP / Excel records

Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries
  • Ensure procurement is done as per quality, cost, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain vendor records and evaluate vendor performance
  • Follow company procurement policies and approval processes
