Store Manager

Role Overview:

As a Store Manager at GIOIA, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving profit

targets for the brand. Your role requires ensuring an optimal mix and turnover of stock, supported

by the sales and marketing division. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and

implementing effective sales plans to maximize brand penetration and profitability.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Retail Store Management, with a strong background in retail.
• Experience in luxury brands is considered an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the market.
• Proven strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent product knowledge, stock management, and sales skills.
