Job Description

  • Role Purpose: To lead the store team in delivering a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets, operational excellence, and Brand representation. The Store Manager is responsible for end-to-end store performance including team productivity, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Store Operations & Brand Standards  Overseestoreoperations: opening/closing, cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP adherence.  Ensuregrooming,display, and service standards match Brand expectations.  Escalate issues to HO/Ops as needed and ensure timely resolution.
  • 2. Sales Performance  Driveachievement ofstore sales targets through team performance, upselling, and conversion.  MonitorKPIslike Conversion, Number of transactions, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units Per Transaction).  Analyzedaily/weekly reports and adjust actions accordingly.
