Job Summary We are looking for a Female Store Manager – Showroom Operations to independently manage the daily operations of our showroom. The role focuses on client coordination, product explanation, quotation preparation, documentation, and internal follow-ups. This is not a sales or target-based role, but an operations and process-driven position with customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Showroom Operations Management- Manage day-to-day functioning of the showroom- Ensure showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation- Maintain product samples, catalogues, and reference material- Handle basic administrative showroom tasks

• Walk-in Client Handling & Coordination- Attend walk-in clients professionally- Explain product systems, finishes, and applications clearly- Guide customers without aggressive selling- Record enquiry details accurately

• Quotation & Documentation- Prepare quotations as per company formats- Ensure accuracy in specifications and scope- Share quotations and explain inclusions/exclusions- Maintain proper enquiry and quotation records

• Follow-ups & Internal Coordination- Follow up for pending inputs and confirmations- Coordinate with internal teams for surveys and processing- Track enquiry status and update management

• Reporting & Process Compliance- Maintain enquiry trackers and follow-up logs- Prepare basic operational reports- Ensure adherence to company processes

Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline- 2–5 years' experience in showroom operations, front-office, or coordination roles- good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable with Excel, email, and WhatsApp
