Store Manager - Nhill

The Agostino Group is a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office based in Adelaide. We operate a growing network of 19 AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores including 15 metropolitan sites across Adelaide and 4 regional locations, one of which is in Nhill, Victoria. In addition, we own and manage multiple national food brand franchises including Carl's Jr and Subway.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for independently coordinating all facets of the daily operations of the store while successfully driving your teams to meet the needs of the store and organisation.

The Store Manager will also assist the Business Development Manager in organisational compliance, risk mitigation, business continuity and continuous improvement activities, while being a champion of company programs and policies to enable engagement of the workforce.
