Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive walk-in conversions and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Educate customers about Furlencos products: Buy New, Buy Refurb, and Rental options
  • Conduct product demos highlighting quality, comfort, and design features
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain high standards of in-store experience and customer satisfaction
  • Execute local promotional activities to increase footfalls (BTL,apartment reach-outs, etc.)

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the in-store sales team
  • Assign daily tasks and sales goals to team members
  • Train and mentor new executives on products and selling techniques
  • Track individual and team performance and drive productivity
