Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive walk-in conversions and exceed monthly sales targets
- Educate customers about Furlencos products: Buy New, Buy Refurb, and Rental options
- Conduct product demos highlighting quality, comfort, and design features
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high standards of in-store experience and customer satisfaction
- Execute local promotional activities to increase footfalls (BTL,apartment reach-outs, etc.)
Team Management
- Lead and manage the in-store sales team
- Assign daily tasks and sales goals to team members
- Train and mentor new executives on products and selling techniques
- Track individual and team performance and drive productivity
