Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

·Manage a team of sales associates, ensuring a high level of motivation, performance, and customer service.

·Achieve and exceed retail sales targets through effective leadership and driving store initiatives.

·Maintain and enforce store policies, procedures, and standards in line with company guidelines.

·Ensure the store is visually appealing by managing displays, inventory, and cleanliness.

·Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized services to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·Monitor and manage store stock levels, orders, and inventory management.

·Prepare and manage operational budgets, schedules, and staff rosters.

·Regularly assess the team’s performance and provide training/coaching to improve sales and operational efficiency.

·Analyze store performance metrics, track KPIs, and take corrective actions where necessary to improve results.

·Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.

·Ensure adherence to company policies regarding security, health, and safety standards.
