ABOUT THE JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive store success - Lead retail operations to hit sales and surplus targets. Maximise stock efficiency ensuring all products are ordered, priced, and displayed according to Salvos Stores' standards and values. Inspire and lead a team of employees and volunteers, with regular training and performance feedback. Keep budgets on track , managing rosters and wages to ensure cost efficiency. Boost volunteer engagement , building a passionate, committed team. Build strong community connections , working with local Salvation Army groups, councils, and community partners. ABOUT YOU Management experience in a retail setting ( required ). Customer service experience. Excellent people leadership and management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
