About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our O'Connor team. This high-performing location boasts a projected $6.7 million turnover and a dedicated team of 10-12 staff, supported by a strong 2IC. Reporting to the State Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
