  • Plan and set sales targets for each floor and brand, cascading numbers to store supervisors.
  • Spot and close partnerships within the group.
  • Analyze inventory against sales targets and request merchandise as needed.
  • Report sales performance and analyze factors affecting sales periods.
  • Integrate marketing, merchandising, operations, and visual merchandising strategies into a cohesive effort.
