Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coordination of pharmacy and surgical requirements
2. Accountable for proper storage and optimum inventory control and carrying cost
3. Reviewing of inventory of central drug and surgical store and other sub stores on weekly basis
4. Coordinate for material requirements of various labs, pharmacy & general items.
5. Check and inform expiry period of drugs and medicines.
6. Ensure availability of optimum stock.
7. · Maintain minimum stock for slow moving as well as expensive material. · Ensure availability of fast-moving material · Maintain optimal inventory levels of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment. · Monitor usage trends and place timely orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking. · Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing and delivery terms. · Ensure proper storage and labeling of all medical items.
