We’re seeking a dynamic Store Manager with strong retail leadership experience and a passion for team development. You’ll oversee a diverse team of 14, including 2 Assistant Store Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who thrives on accountability, empowering others, and driving results through KPIs—all within a supportive, well‑established environment.

The role offers a 40‑hour week with a 1‑in‑3 weekend rotating roster, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your passions outside of work. Automotive knowledge is not required, but a love for customer service and problem‑solving is essential.
