Role Summary

Drive business growth by generating leads and building partnerships with builders, developers, and real estate professionals in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads from construction and real estate sectors

- Build relationships with builders, developers, and brokers

- Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and present tailored solutions

- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

- Track market trends and competitor activities


Requirements
- 4 -6 years in B2B sales (construction/real estate/interior solutions preferred)

- Strong network in construction/real estate industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
