**Store Operations Associate – Candy Operations (Back of House)**

We’re looking for a **reliable and process-driven Store Operations Associate** to support our Candy Operations in the M&M’S Store Berlin.
**What you’ll focus on (80–90% Back of House):**
+ Goods receiving & warehouse support
+ Stock allocation & FIFO management
+ Hygiene, HACCP & food safety compliance
+ Food packaging & candy production (when applicable)
+ Cleaning & sanitation tasks
+ Inventory control & documentation checks
+ Working with SAP (Spirit)
