About the Role

Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our Sarjapur store team. The role involves in-store sales as well as supporting our premium “Try at Home” service by visiting customers at their location.

Key Responsibilities


Attend walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewelry buying experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
Handle end-to-end sales process including product presentation, pricing explanation, billing, and after-sales support
Visit customers’ locations for Try at Home appointments as scheduled by the company
Maintain proper handling, safety, and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
