Store Supervisor

Location: Central Region
Salary: $2,900 – $3,800/month + Commission
Working Days: 5 days/week (44 hours)

We are looking for passionate and driven Assistant Store Managers / Store Managers to lead our retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the support of a global organization while giving you the autonomy to manage and grow your store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, motivate, and coach sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales performance by achieving store KPIs and targets
• Act as a role model on the sales floor, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when required
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
• Follow store operational procedures, including stockroom management
