Job Description – Drive-Thru Store Supervisor

We're on the lookout for an energetic and motivated leader to take the wheel at one of our iconic Muzz Buzz drive-thru coffee stores in Western Australia. Role Summary

As a Store Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind your store's daily operations — from brewing perfect coffee and serving delicious food to keeping the team motivated and ensuring every customer leaves happier than they arrived.

You’ll lead by example, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment while maintaining Muzz Buzz's high standards for service, quality, and safety.

This is the perfect role for someone with a hands-on approach, a love for people, and a positive, can-do attitude. While previous hospitality or retail leadership experience is a bonus, we value energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn above all else.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every shift.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent quality.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to reach their potential.
• Roster shifts and approve timesheets.
• Maintain store presentation and uphold Muzz Buzz's policies and operational standards.
• Support sales growth through local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or quick-service environments.
• Strong people skills and a leadership style that motivates others.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and early mornings.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality or retail.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transportation required.
• Previous experience with cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
