Store Supervisor

Act as the store head in the absence of the store manager.

Ensure that the store is ready for customers.

Execute management's directives and instructions and ensure proper and timely compliance.

Check the accomplishment of all delegated tasks and assignments to store officers and resolve pending transactions.

Check everyday emails.

Walk Every Aisle Daily.

Closely monitor sales and drive selling workforce to achieve the daily sales target.

Perform counter functions if needed.

Perform specific treasury function that maybe assigned from time to time.

Checking and monitoring of utility consumption.
