Store Supervisor

To provide customers with elevated customer experience through sharing the latest fashion trends and tips, sharing product knowledge, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a good customer relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger ambassador at all times

• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.

• Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company target.

• Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company's SOP at all times.

• Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail associates, including coaching and training.

• Ensure the smooth and effective onboarding and training for newly joined retail associates in store.
