Job Description

A full-time role as a Store Support Associate in Makati, responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to partner stores and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle store-related customer concerns and respond in a timely and professional manner through meetings, calls, and emails
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain and regularly update merchant data and information
  • Resolve issues by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
