Job Description
1.Prepare orders for all Food & Beverage and General Store items by reviewing the latest maximum and minimum re-ordering level and the forecast occupancy, then issues the grocery list for food & Beverage items.
2.Issues the Purchase Requests for all General Store items and following up the approvals of the Financial Controller and General Manager, then to be delivered to the Purchasing Department.
3.Receive and store market list / grocery list items, beverage and General stores items in the appropriate places.
4.Verify the incoming goods with the receiving order.
5.Assists Food & Beverage Cost Controller and Inventory Clerk with carrying out month-end inventory.
6.Investigate variances - if any - in the month-end inventory.
7.Prepare a list of items nearing expiry based on each item type and submit to concerned department heads with a copy to the Financial Controller.
Job Requirements:
-BA (Bachelor’s Degree) in Business
-1-2 years’ experience in the same position in the Hotel Industry
-Fluent in English , French is a plus
