You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure an efficient and well-coordinated purchasing and inventory control system. As a Storekeeper at Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel & Residences, you are responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and recording of all supplies, equipment, and materials while maintaining high quality standards and cost effectiveness.

Your responsibilities include processing payments for all approved projects, issuing Purchase Orders for reimbursements and contract-related fees, and coordinating with the Accounting team to set up project budgets in Oracle. You will also prepare payment forecasts for ongoing projects and maintain accurate supplier data, ensuring all sourcing information is up to date and compliant with hotel policies.


Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in an administration role
  •  Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Passion for self development
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar Storekeeper or Materials/Inventory role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.

  • Experience working with purchasing, receiving, or inventory control systems is an advantage.
