Key Responsibilities


  • Daily material receipt as per Purchase Order (PO), including checking and unloading
  • Ensure proper stacking and storage of all materials in the store
  • Create daily GRN in ERP system with scanned challans and proceed for draft/approval
  • Handle basic material unloading at site and store locations
  • Issue materials as per system-generated issue slips based on site requirements
  • Conduct monthly inventory stock checking and reconciliation
  • Perform daily challan scanning and attachment in ERP system


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years experience as Store Keeper in real estate/construction
  • Knowledge of construction materials and ERP systems
  • Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
