Stores Coordinator

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Stores Coordinator ready to take the reins of our Kewdale warehouse. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll have full accountability for finished goods outbound, inventory control, labour planning, and team performance .

What you can bring to the role:

Lead and manage warehouse operations , including finished goods outbound, customer deliveries, 3PL movements, and stock transfers.

Maintain high standards across warehouse safety, compliance, and performance.

Plan, allocate, and balance labour across outbound, inbound, goods receipt, kit building, and stock transfers.

Lead, coach, and performance manage the Stores 2IC and warehouse team.

Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, priorities, and resourcing decisions.

Monitor warehouse KPIs , investigate variances, and drive continuous improvement.
