Stores Coordinator

Location: Singapore (site-based)

About the role:

To manage the onsite RS Integrated Supply team through the day to day running of the stores. To deliver a high level of customer service within the Customer's site that supports their Manufacturing Services Operation and meets our contractual obligations. To continue to build and grow strong customer relationships through continuously improving the offer we provide, strong communication and accountability skills.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Team Management – Motivating and leading your team successfully, whilst ensuring the ongoing development of individual team members. Carrying out regular 121 reviews to assess individual's performance against the RS Integrated Supply Values providing feedback that ensures continuous development.
