- Procure aircraft spares and commercial materials from approved vendors.
- Obtain quotes from multiple vendors and secure approval for selected quotations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders.
- Maintain bonded and quarantine stores in full compliance with DGCA regulatory requirements.
- Accept incoming aircraft spares with correct and complete documentation.
- Manage the return of unserviceable spares.
- Issue spares for aircraft usage with proper documentation.
- Monitor calibration schedules of tools and ensure timely calibration.
- Keep accurate records of unserviceable and scrapped items.
- Maintain minimum stock levels of regularly used spares.
- Raise requisitions for spares, consumables, fuel, and other materials required for uninterrupted aircraft operations.
- Liaise with logistics teams to track consignments from origin to destination and provide necessary documents for customs clearance.
