Description
+ Procure aircraft spares and commercial materials from approved vendors.
+ Obtain quotes from multiple vendors and secure approval for selected quotations.
+ Prepare and issue purchase orders.
+ Maintain bonded and quarantine stores in full compliance with DGCA regulatory requirements.
+ Accept incoming aircraft spares with correct and complete documentation.
+ Manage the return of unserviceable spares.
+ Issue spares for aircraft usage with proper documentation.
+ Monitor calibration schedules of tools and ensure timely calibration.
+ Keep accurate records of unserviceable and scrapped items.
+ Maintain minimum stock levels of regularly used spares.
+ Raise requisitions for spares, consumables, fuel, and other materials required for uninterrupted aircraft operations.
