Job Description Manage the Home Department and maximize all financial operations. Provide exceptional customer service and quality assurance standards, as well as, achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department. Responsibilities Be thoroughly familiar with products carried in the department. Follow planner, memos, bulletins, and faxes from the offices in an effort to create additional sales. Coordinate intercom sales according to company policy and procedures. Plan and organize workflow to accomplish goals and objectives. Sets priorities, organizes activities and resources and establishes timelines. Daily prioritize list for clerks, follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure successful completion.
