About the role:
Our Host Employer is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, developing high-performance solutions for intralogistics with a company operating in more than 700 sales and service locations and employing approximately 13,000 employees worldwide. 
This role requires an individual committed to undertaking a business traineeship where they will complete a certificate III and IV in business qualifications. 

Duties Include:

• Answer inbound sales calls and direct enquiries nationally
• Utilise and maintain the CRM database
• Provide updates on the status of sales as well as stock management
• Participate in regular contract and production meetings
• Liaise with Accounts Department to set up new accounts and invoice queries
• Complete Direct Sales administrative tasks including processing invoices, credits and tasks as required by the Direct Sales Team
• Assist with stock take when required
• Ad hoc administrative duties

This role is located in Scoresby VIC, working Monday to Friday

About you:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
• Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Friendly persona with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
• You will have the ability to self-direct and remain on-task
