Description:



The Strategic Access Partner coordinates the adaptation of global access strategies to local contexts, including health economics models, systematic literature reviews, value dossiers, statistical analyses, HTA presentations, and value communications. This role supports health economics and outcomes research projects, pricing proposals, and the development of training programs for the access team under manager supervision, strengthening the value proposition for public and private payers.



Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors on HEOR studies and tools, supporting economic dossier reviews, and assisting with Key Decision Makers interactions and presentations to public institutions. The Strategic Access Partner applies appropriate research methods to address evidence gaps, supports HTA submission resources, and leads targeted projects focused on market access, pricing, and reimbursement, ensuring strategic alignment throughout the product life cycle.



Main activities:



+ Support the development and adaptation of pharmacoeconomic analyses and real-world studies to generate evidence for health decision-making, reimbursement requests, institutional inclusion, and access plans.

+ Collaborate with the HEOR & Pricing Manager to coordinate and propose strategic approaches, leveraging predictive modeling, cost-effectiveness models, and budget impact models to support decision-making processes and optimize the access strategy.

+ Contribute to formulating and implementing pricing proposals for the BMS Mexico portfolio, ensuring alignment throughout the entire product life cycle: for private and public sector

+ Develop training programs for the access-field team on HEOR and Access topics.

+ Collaborate effectively with researchers, vendors and HEOR community to incorporate the appropriate latest trends on health technology assessments projects.

**On-site Protocol**



BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:



Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
