Job Description

Reporting to the National Commercial Account Director, the Strategic Account Executive for GardaWorld Security Systems/ ECAM is responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing new client relationships focused on strategic and Fintech vertical. Major duties include designing/specifying technical security systems, selling new accounts, upgrading/cross selling existing accounts, and providing superior customer service and support

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leverage well established network of customer and industry relationships to drive opportunity development.
  • Using Strategic account planning and tactical actions, develop and implement actions leading to new account wins.
  • Create value by becoming a trusted advisor for those selected accounts and enable long-term trust and relationship.
  • Utilizing sales best practices to surpass all growth targets.
  • Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations.
  • Preparing written proposals; delivering oral presentations to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to date on vertical market challenges and proven technologies to design robust security systems solutions for multi-site customers including burglar alarm, Access control, CCTV on premise and On-cloud as well as Remote Video Monitoring services.
  • Prioritizing activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability.
  • Negotiating with clients and partners.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships at senior management levels.
  • Providing clear communication/collaboration to sales support and operations.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities.
  • Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information using CRM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • University education with a preference for Business Administration.
  • Experience selling electronic security solutions into Fintech and multi-site large commercial customers.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in an outbound sales role.
  • Proven measurable sales success- past award winner, industry reputation, top earner, etc.
  • Bilingual French-English is a must.
