Role: Dy. Manager - Key Account

What you’ll do:

  • Own day-to-day account management for major modern trade & SAMT outlets (e.G., Reliance, D-Mart, Star Bazaar) and act as the primary operational contact for store/DC teams
  • Deliver month-on-month Net Sales Value (NSV), volume, and margin targets in coordination with the KAM
  • Execute Joint Business Plan (JBP) elements locally: promotional calendars, launch support, pricing compliance, and logistics follow-up
  • Ensure on-shelf availability (OSA) by monitoring stock levels, raising replenishment alerts, and coordinating with distributors/DCs
  • Implement merchandising and activation plans including secondary displays, POS setup, in-store sampling, and short-term promotions
  • Verify retail pricing and MRP compliance and resolve discrepancies with store teams
