About The Role
As an Strategic Account Manager for Uber Direct, you will own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Key Accounts, playing a key role in scaling Uber Direct in Spain.
Uber Direct is Uber's Delivery-as-a-Service solution, enabling merchants to offer on-demand and same-day delivery through their own websites or apps, powered by Uber's courier network. The product operates across multiple verticals, including food, grocery, retail, and logistics, and represents a strategic growth opportunity for Uber beyond the traditional marketplace model.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for your partners in Spain, building strong relationships, driving adoption and growth, and ensuring Uber Direct delivers clear, measurable value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams while maintaining end-to-end ownership of your accounts' performance and development.
