Job Description
- Manage risk flags, churn signals, commercial deviations, and SLA performance proactively and escalate internally when needed.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, and stakeholder dashboards.
- Represent Lepton in leadership discussions, governance councils, and strategic partnership forums within assigned accounts.
(C) TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL-SET & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA (Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Management or related field).
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise / technology / Saa S account management or strategic sales roles.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-value enterprise accounts with multi-million annual revenues.
- Experience handling complex B2 B technology contracts, licensing models, and multi-country engagements is a strong advantage.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles with a consultative approach.
- Strong understanding of solution/value selling; exposure to GIS, location intelligence, Saa S, cloud, data analytics, or telecom tech is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
