Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Solutions Division Head, the Strategic Account Manager supervises personnel engaged in account services and will act primarily as End-Users Consultant.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  2. Prepare and implement promotional and marketing plans for key accounts in consultation with other managers to meet business objectives.
  3. Monitor the progress towards the achievement of short- and long-term sales and business objectives.
  4. Monitor competitor activity in relation to national accounts and ensure that the appropriate responses are developed to any perceived threats to business.
