Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Solutions Division Head, the Strategic Account Manager supervises personnel engaged in account services and will act primarily as End-Users Consultant.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Prepare and implement promotional and marketing plans for key accounts in consultation with other managers to meet business objectives.
- Monitor the progress towards the achievement of short- and long-term sales and business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity in relation to national accounts and ensure that the appropriate responses are developed to any perceived threats to business.
