About The Role We are looking for a proactive, commercially-minded portfolio leader to take ownership of how we manage, grow, and optimize our merchant and partner portfolio. You will act as the orchestrator of the full commercial and operational lifecycle of our merchants and partners, balancing growth, sustainability, and operational stability. You will work closely with Business Development, Compliance, Payments and Operations, helping the company make better decisions about our existing and future portfolio. This role requires a systems thinker, someone who builds structure, identifies opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives with confidence and energy.
