Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Advertising Sales Manager to accelerate business growth and strengthen client partnerships. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, and candidates must currently be based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver compelling strategic sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Own and consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, analytics, and operations to ensure seamless execution and client success
- Analyze market trends, client data, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies
- Contribute to business expansion by identifying new markets, solutions, and partnership opportunities
- Optimize sales processes and pipeline management using CRM and sales tools
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Media, Advertising, and Digital Marketing
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
- Experience with advertising analytics or media performance measurement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
