We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Employee Benefits with broker-side experience who thrives in a client-facing, fully remote environment.


About the Role:


This role is ideal for someone confident in explaining complex benefits concepts to HR leaders, executives, and employees while delivering exceptional service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employer groups, managing renewals, compliance, and employee education—all while working 100% remotely.
