  • Reviewing purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders..
  • Liaising with delivery/warehouse teams for timely receipt of goods.
  • Monitoring stock levels and arranging reorders.
  • Attending trade shows or meeting with vendors to find new products/suppliers.
  • Researching, identifying, and evaluating potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and logistics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand needs, forecasting demand, and managing inventory levels.
  • Maintaining accurate records, ensuring adherence to policies, and reporting on purchasing activities.
