Collaborate with category managers to implement procurement strategiesLead negotiations, manage RFQs, and make awarding decisions aligned with strategySelect and develop suppliers, identifying new opportunities for growthResolve supplier issues (quality, delivery, service) with a proactive approachPartner with local procurement teams to optimize purchasing processesMonitor and communicate supplier performanceDrive automation, digitalization, and tool improvementsEnsure cost efficiency, availability, and innovation in procurement activitiesGuarantee compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirementsContribute to the Strategic Buyer Community in Italy, fostering teamwork and communicationAdapt and implement catalogues and framework contracts at divisional/regional levelKey accountabilities

What sets you up for success
