Job Description
• Ensures contract compliance where possible during the PO processing process.
• Conducts RFQ and limited reverse auctions to verify supplier, pricing and availability as required.
• Serves as point of contac
t as well as mentor for resolving complicated issues related to PO changes etc.
• Ensures delivery within the given time frame and quality parameters.
• Tracks and maintains project metrics and employee performance records and provides feedback.
• Executes people management responsibilities of assigned reportees such as absence approval, performance evaluation and career development guidance.
• Assists Managers in any departmental initiatives and process improvement discussions.
