Compliance Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compliance policies and procedures for payment services
- Lead regulatory change management initiatives and assess business impact
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies
- Create and deliver compliance training programs across business functions
- Manage regulatory relationships and coordinate audit responses
- –Partner with business teams to integrate compliance requirements into product decisions
A day in this role will involve reviewing regulatory updates, assessing their impact on the business, collaborating with product, legal, and other teams to implement compliance requirements. It may also include participating in risk assessment meetings, reviewing audit findings, enhancing compliance frameworks.
