We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&A professional to join our team in Madrid. As an M&A Senior Analyst/Junior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of complex corporate finance and advisory projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Execution Team : Support senior bankers in client meetings, deal negotiations, valuation, transaction structuring.


• Drafting & Reviewing Documents : Assist in drafting and reviewing marketing materials such as teasers, information memorandums (IMs), process letters (PLs), management presentations (MPs) financial models for both domestic and international deals.
