In this role, you will partner with high-value customers across Asia, driving customer adoption and satisfaction with Instructure solutions. You will build relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and advocate for their success while collaborating with the sales team. A minimum of 4 years' experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS company is required, ideally with a background in education.
