Strategic Finance & Governance Manager

We are hiring a Strategic Finance & Compliance Lead to sit at the intersection of finance, compliance, investor relations, and operational performance.

This role ensures the company scales with financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and sharp execution, while enabling business teams to grow without chaos.

1. Compliance & Governance

- Own statutory filings, secretarial compliance, and audit coordination.

- Manage lending/customer compliance workflows (data security, SLAs, uptime, audit trails).

- Maintain governance hygiene for investors, lenders, and regulators.

2. Business Finance & Commercial Controls

- Track margins, unit economics, payouts, billing, penalties, and leakages.
