We are seeking an Operations Director for METT Barcelona and Casa METT Sitges (new opening), who will oversee the overall management of both hotels ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotels including day-to-day staff management to guests ensuring alignment with high luxury standards
  • Provide leadership to departments in support of service culture maximized operations guest satisfaction
