Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will align people strategy with business goals while owning end-to-end HRBP responsibilities and supporting Talent Acquisition. This role requires strong stakeholder management, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
1.HR Business Partnering
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Enable performance management, career growth, and succession planning
2. Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring
- Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
3. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Handle employee grievances with empathy and fairness
- Track attrition and recommend retention interventions
- Conduct exit interviews and derive insights
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of experience in HRBP with TA exposure
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in engagement, ER, and performance management
