A multinational company is seeking a Head of HR for Chile to serve as a key business partner within the Country Leadership Team. This full-time position will drive the HR strategy and support a high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Salary ranges from $2,500,000 to $7,500,000 per year, with a focus on the Americas region.
