Job Description
Role: Human Resources Business Partner and Employee/Industrial Relations
Role Purpose: To partner with business and functional leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support for a high-performance semiconductor manufacturing environment, while driving strong Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) practices to ensure a stable, compliant, and productive workforce.
Role Mix: HR Business Partnering – 60% + ER/IR – 40%
